I focus on delivering high-quality websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
Depending on what platform you choose, I will build your front-end pages based on a design specification or direction that you provide. I build WordPress websites using Elementor page builder, and Shopify sites using either the default Dawn theme or a theme that you provide.
To get started, simply place your order or reach out to me through the Book a Call link. I will guide you through the process, gather your requirements, and set up your sprint.
To proceed with the website development, I will typically need the following from you before I am able to start:

Please provide the login credentials for your web hosting account to facilitate the website setup and deployment.

If you are wondering about the advantages of a subscription over hiring someone full-time… this is a great question! Opting for one of my subscriptions offers several advantages over hiring a full-time web developer. Firstly, the annual cost of a full-time web developer, designer, or UX expert with experience can easily exceed $100,000, not to mention additional expenses for benefits, payroll taxes, and the hassle of finding, recruiting, and hiring a good one. With my subscription options, you can access over 15 years of my industry experience and knowledge including web development, design, UX, UI, and digital marketing without the hefty fixed overhead costs.
Moreover, the beauty of the monthly plans lies in the flexibility. You won’t be burdened with concerns about keeping a full-time web designer or developer occupied at all times. Instead, you have the freedom to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for the service when you actually have work to do.
By choosing a subscription, you gain the convenience, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to tailor your web development resources precisely to your requirements. It’s a great solution for your evolving website needs without the complexities of hiring full-time staff.
If you have purchased a subscription and wish to pause it, please contact me. Paused subscriptions will be prorated based on a 4-week cycle, and the remaining balance will be applied when you resume. For example, if you pause after 1 week, you’ll have 3 weeks remaining to use when you resume before the next subscription payment is required.
To ensure we use our time effectively, pauses should ideally occur at the end of a sprint (e.g., 1-2 weeks) or after completing a set of tasks within a request. This avoids interruptions like pausing mid-sprint or frequently stopping and restarting, which could disrupt progress and reduce efficiency.
I believe in transparency and clarity when it comes to your subscription benefits so let me outline some differences between requests vs. tasks…
Request: A request is a high-level inquiry or demand made by a client. It typically outlines a desired outcome or a broad objective that the client wants to achieve. For example, a client might request a “new website design” or “adding a new feature to the existing site.”
Task: A task is a specific action or set of actions required to fulfill a request. Each request can be broken down into multiple tasks, each requiring different levels of effort and expertise. Tasks are the individual building blocks that collectively achieve the desired outcome outlined in the request.
For example, if you had a single request for a new website design it would result in multiple tasks, each with its own level of effort. Understanding this difference helps set clear expectations and allows for better planning and resource allocation. This should all contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of your WordPress or Shopify website. I want to ensure that each request is manageable, allowing us to maintain attention to detail and deliver results efficiently.
To provide you with a better understanding of what tasks that requests can include, below is a list of examples showcasing the diversity of tasks you could request as part of your subscription.
Please note that by no means is this an exhaustive list, it’s just meant to give you an idea of specific tasks that you could include in your requests as part of the subscription. Some of these requests could even be broken down into smaller requests. If there is ever an issue with the size of your request or being able to complete it within the allotted timeframe, I will let you know so that we can break them down into smaller tasks.
“Unlimited requests” allows you to add as many tasks as needed to your backlog—no need for back-and-forth meetings, proposals, or contracts like traditional agencies.
I work through your tasks one at a time, every business day, ensuring that at least 1–2 top-priority tasks are completed every 48 hours before moving on to the next.
For my subscription offers, you are welcome to request me to add additional users to your project boards as needed. This is a collaborative process so you may want to include other people on your team such as your designer, copywriter, marketing manager or others that will provide valuable feedback.
Unlimited projects is particularly valuable if you are an agency and would like for me to complete tasks across a range of your client projects.
The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your project. However, for my 4-6 page and 7-15 page offers, I aim to deliver the completed websites within 2-3 weeks from the start of your sprint. My process ensures you get a professionally crafted website promptly.
My SiteSprint service caters to a wide range of websites, including business websites, e-commerce stores, blogs, landing pages, and more. Whatever your vision, I want to help bring it to life on the web.
All website are built using your choice of either WordPress+Elementor, Shopify, or Webflow.
My SiteSprint service is designed to provide efficient web development without creating overwhelm. While I offer flexibility, I request that you submit reasonable and achievable requests within each sprint for the best results.
Please be considerate when providing your design. A 4 page website does not mean 4 distinct pages that may contain an excessive number of sections, elements, and interactions.
Typically a page refers to a screen, or a set of screens that solve an objective.
For example a home page is likely the most important page of your site and should make a great first impression. Home pages are also usually a jump point to other pages such as About Us, or a blog archive or a single post, or offers such as a product or service, and so on.
If you are unsure about whether your design fits within this scope please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Absolutely! If you require additional features or updates beyond the scope of the initial sprint, we can discuss the best approach and I will provide you with a custom tailored solution.
It’s ok if you would like to wait until you have all of your design assets and content ready before you pay and secure your spot. I do however only have a limited capacity each quarter and spots can fill up fast.
…such as plain ‘ol html/css, REACTJS, etc?
I do not currently offer a productized solution for highly custom UI work. If you have a project you would like done in plain html and css or possibly REACT using MaterialUI please reach out. I do have experience with those options building wireframe designs and concepts, but that is not currently part of the SiteSprint offers.
No. I build Shopify sites using the default Dawn theme and usually make as many modifications as possible using the default sections and blocks. When a design requires extra customization, I will code custom Shopify sections and blocks to meet the requirements. If a client has purchased a premium Shopify Theme I can work within the constraints of that theme. One goal with most of my sites is for the end client to be able to make simple edits or changes when needed.
